FAQ
1. Have you got a price list?
The nature of label printing and the numerous possible combinations of colours, materials and sizes make the formulation of a price list impossible. Instead of this we will work together with you to choose the best combination of materials and printing effects, which will satisfy your requirements in the most effective way possible.
2. Have you got a catalogue of sample labels, which you can send to us?
Fresh Up Label is a custom label manufacturer and this is the reason why we do not keep labels on stock as well as we do not have a catalogue, which comprises of all labels printed by us. We can send to you a small part of the labels we have printed for some of our customers. If you would like to receive such samples, please, call us or order it at label@freshup.net.
3. What determines the price of custom labels?
Main factors determining the price of custom labels are quantity, number of colours to be printed and the choice of material. The higher the quantity ordered, the better the price. The set – up time of each design and the materials, used for this operation, are not affected by the quantity ordered. These settings are a constant value both for short and long series. This is the reason why long series have more competitive prices. The number of colours also affects the price of labels as it requires the manufacture of the same number of films and polymer plates. In addition, CMYK printing demands much more set – up time than one – colour printing. The last factor is the material to be printed. Synthetic materials are more expensive in comparison to papers as they can adapt to specific environmental factors and have longer life - span.
4. What am I supposed to do if I would like to make an order?
If you have been quoted, please, confirm your order in writing by fax or e-mail. You can send the designs of ordered labels (or laminate) to print@freshup.net or on CD. If you do not have a project, we can develop one for you with the help of our partners and according to your requirements. Once you confirm the design, we will process your order onwards.
If you have not received an offer, please, fill in the INQUIRY FORM or contact us directly in a way, which is most convenient for you.

Nevertheless we are always able to shorten these terms and to do our best to meet your deadlines. This makes us the printing company you can always rely on.
