- Have you got a price list?
No. The nature of label printing and the millions of possible combinations of colors,
materials and sizes means that it is not feasible to publish a price list.
- Have you got a catalogue?
Fresh Up Label is a custom manufacturer and does not carry stock labels.
Therefore, we do not have a catalog with prices and label types.
We do have a sample package which we can send you.
The package contains samples of custom labels which we have printed for some of our customers.
Call or email if you would like to request a package.
- What determines the price of custom printed labels?
The price of custom labels is driven very much by quantity,
amount of colors on the label as well as the material you select.
The higher quantity of labels you purchase the better the price.
The set-up time of a label is the same regardless of how many labels someone orders,
therefore, this is a fixed cost and will not change. Thus ones you get the ball rolling,
ordering more labels is much more cost effective. Colors on a label also affect the
price because the amount of colors you choose requires the same amount of polymer plates.
Also, a 4-color process label requires much more set-up time than a 1 color label.
Then material is the final factor. Film is much more expensive than paper because
film can adapt to specific custom factors and carries a much longer life-span than its counterpart.
- If I wish to order after I have been quoted, what is the next stage?
Please confirm your order with us in writing/electronic message and we will process your order.
If required, we will design your artwork and submit it to you before manufacture for approval.
Once you have signed your artwork approval form, then we will process your order.
- If I order my labels today, how long will they take to be printed?
This depends on what you are ordering! For all printed artworks we will endeavour to
dispatch within 6 business days of purchase and 15 business days for new custom
printed jobs. However, we can turn around your job quicker if required and will
always endeavour to meet your deadlines and make sure that you are never out of labels
– its all part of the reasons why we are such a trusted company.
- After an order is placed, when can I expect a proof?
You can expect a proof within one or two days from date of order but same day response is always possible.
- Is delivery included in the price?
No. We will send your goods by the most cost effective method according to your instructions.
We are currently seeking ISO certification and we have structured our operating procedures towards the ISO format.
- Is VAT included in the price?
No. VAT is not included in our prices.
