The self – adhesive labels are preferred because of their solidity of stickiness. Some clients prefer synthetic self – adhesive labels, because the storage of their products is in case of moisture, a sharp temperature divisions and repeated use. PE is an ideal material for an outside application.
UV varnish protects the labels from damages, erases of images and text information and at the same time makes labels brilliant.
Our clients prefer different materials and adhesives ( PE, PP, paper, metalized and transparent materials ) according to the surfaces of product they will stick the labels on ( glass, PET, PE, PP, wood, paper).
We could print the self – adhesive labels on reel according to the requirements of clients – CMYK plus one or two additional colors, or up to six colors per the Pantone. Because of the IN – LINE printing technology we could accomplish the following finishes: hot-foil stamping, UV varnish – separated and not separated, flat bad and rotary die cutting, and embossing.
The shape of the labels could be according to the requirements of clients. Nevertheless we have developed a large die library.
